There was no restraunt as advertised

Not a lot but the bar was nice, beer was good and staff friendly

It was in a very poor state of repair requires painting, cleaning properly (old takeaway container left on bedside table), toilet seat falling off, heated towel rail not working and the bed mattress was completely knackered as all the springs down one side had broken.

Cereal and toast were fine. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room wasn't cleaned properly. The full English breakfast was dreadful.

The gentleman who owns it was lovely and had breakfast ready which we didn't expect, he asked us what tie we would like to eat and when we come down and sat breakfast come out, very friendly gentleman. the fella behind the bar to was a character very friendly and chatty two lovely men

Our room needed a little revamp but the bedding and bed was spotless and shower was clean

It was very close to where we wanted it to be.

absolutely nothing it was dirty it was cold it was filthy

It stated on the board home cook food when we ask the food they said they hadn't done it for over a year no chef he also said it may be short when you're coming because we don't have many customers there was no heating on it was desolate when we did have a breakfast the following morning it was disgusting we was with another couple none of us ate the breakfast our view was a window full of cobwebs and dead flies on the windowsill as was in my bedroom the bathroom the bathroom had loose wiring with a conduit cable on top of it in the bathroom everything was roughly and mouldy it was absolutely disgusting flies on my bedroom windowsill also it was just awful I would like to speak to somebody I demand a refund I have always been satisfied with booking.com never had one complaint this one was beyond discussed in very dissatified I've took many photographs if you would like to see them please will you get in touch with me so I can talk to a person thank you
