Carlton st.Moritz is special. Visiting for ski, relax and food. Every detail is at the finger tips for these activities. A perfect stay, will be back, thanks to all staff and management. Keep doing exactly what you do, its perfect. Stayed in twin junior suite, and its a perfect home when you are in st. moritz/the Alps.

Have stayed several times previously at the Carlton and prefer it to the kempinski and the more famous Badrutt’s palace hotel as it is a little more low-key with generous size rooms. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful however, the food is not perhaps up to scratch for such a world class establishment.

Trip Advisor was correct! This one is the number one hotel in St. Moritz. The hotel met us at the train station with their limousine service which is included in the hotel services. They gave us a room upgrade and the room and view of the lake were incredible. Everyone in the hotel knows your name and we were treated like royalty. Michael the general manager and his lovely wife could not do enough for us! Timon the front office manager kept a good eye on us throughout out stay The breakfast was incredible and the staff could not do enough for us. They also have a great concierge staff! There are also two incredible restaurants in the hotel. WE WILL RETURN

We stayed at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz in February 2022 for 4 nights. Located just over 2.5hours from Lake Lugano, this was yet another stay at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz for our Family of 4. For absolutely breathtaking views of Lake St. Moritz, and a warm, private 'home-like' feel the Carlton ticks all the boxes. We had a slight issue driving up to the property, due to the tyres of the car, and the team were able to resolve it, taking the worry immediately away from us, allowing us to resume our short break peacefully. Testament to their professionalism, and prioritising their guest's comfort. There are several things that make the Carlton special (1) the stunning views, privacy and service, down to the mindful quotes that scroll on the TV (2) the food, from Michelin starred Da Vittorio where you will leave more than satiated; to the breakfast in the grand room with views of the Alps; to the home comforts in front of the fireplace at the Carlton Bar and (3) the indoor and outdoor pools which provide you with the utmost relaxation within the spa area. As always, throughout the hotel, the main areas and the suite, seemed to be clean. We would rate the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz a 8/10.

The property was beautiful and quiet and the service was too notch. The pool and and spa area was amazing.
