The location was perfect and a bonus of the #8 bus right across the street that takes you to downtown or the train station to go see other sites, like Bath. It was lovely to also have a convenience store across the street and a coffee stand on the corner, and a nice park across the street. Loved it

Nothing really, the shower was small but bathroom was clean, the TV was behind the bathroom door so you could only watch with the bathroom door closed

Amazing location, close to Clifton Village. The property also has parking, a rarity for central Bristol.

Our room was in the basement, in the car park.

Beautiful building, gorgeous rooms. Staff are al so lovely (I have stayed twice)

What is not to like?

Great location, lovely double room - ours was at the top of the hotel (with some steeper stairs from the second floor - which weren't a problem for us but could be for less active customers). Comfy bed, fans provided but not needed as we left the window open for a fresh breeze. Friendly and helpful receptionist saw us driving into the car park on arrival and walked round to advise us on parking options (as hotel was fairly full). Good breakfast - we'd been advised on check-in that breakfast was likely to be busy, and quieter dining times were suggested. Continental and cooked buffet breakfast was provided, and in plentiful supply.
