Arrivals will be made via 'safes' from 3pm. Guests planning to arrive outside these hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 15 EUR per pet, per night per apartment applies. We accept only one pet (cat or dog ) per apartment under 20kg. To get the apartment key, you will need to pay the damage deposit of EUR 200 per apartment by credit card. For large events, such as Bayonne Festivals and Foire Au Jabon, the damage deposit is EUR 400 per apartment. You can pay the deposit by telephone. (maximum 2 days before or on the day of your arrival by calling 05 59 70 51 10 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.). The property’s reception opening hours are: – From July 2nd to August 31st, 2025 inclusive: Monday to Saturday form 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM. – From September 1st to December 31st, 2025 inclusive: Reception is closed. The property’s reception opening hours are: – 01/07/2026 to 31/08/2026: 10:00am to 01:00pm – 01/07/2026 to 31/08/2026: 02:00pm to 05:30pm Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property is located in a pedestrian-only zone. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
