The Manor West Hotel & Leisure Club

We had an amazing stay at the Manor West. The staff were all very helpful in all areas of the hotel. The cleaning staff, reception, breakfast, dining and pool staff were all wonderful. We loved the pool and went there every day. The children's playroom was great too. The food both at breakfast and the restaurant was excellent. All our needs were catered for. We would love to get a chance to stay here again.

Brilliant staff, down to earth and so friendly. Nice pool, excellent quality of menu for dinner and breakfast. Table service in no way restrictive, thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s proximity to a retail park made me doubtful on booking but that was a silly notion as proved. Will return

Great stay. 4 days in family room. It was a pity the pool was not available due to maintenance but other than that everything was fantastic. Great staff and great service.

I enjoyed my stay at the manor west, I felt as though some staff in the bar were being extremely strict with policy’s regarding alcohol, especially considering that we all looked very much over 18, but this was a minor inconvenience, it was more of a first impression thing. Service wasn’t great at breakfast with some visible annoyance from some wait staff for whatever reason but breakfast overall was quite tasty! Brian at the desk was absolutely phenomenal and his service was top notch. Would stay again!

The hotel was very clean and as guest we were well assured of this specially during covid 19, staff were very pleasent and welcoming
