The Manor West Hotel & Leisure Club

My stay at the Manor West was excellent - we also rented a conference room - food was excellent - service was excellent - great leisure centre - couldn't fault a thing - will definitely be back

We were coming to Tralee to celebrate my daughters 9th Birthday, I messaged hotel and asked if they can prepare something - they said yes, chocolates and card will be waiting for her. I was very disappointed to only find a card, no sign of chocolates! If I knew I would pay to have something ready for her! First hotel everto show so little effort and it supposed to be focused on Families... Also room was very clean but smelt really bad, I think it was cigarettes? Lovely bathroom, lovely clean white sheets. Lady in the reception not good, was telling me how much Expedia paid her (I booked via Hotels.com) using Tesco vouchers, it took her about 10 minutes to finally tell me that all I had to pay was 40 Euros for extra person/bed, which we didnt use anyway... We will not be back to this hotel mainly due to the disappointment for my daughter...

lovely hotel, only downside, booking play room, booking breakfast and breakfast itself was poor - no hot buffet, you order it, everything we ordered arrived cold and my full irish was really a half irish (1 suasage!)

This was a lovely stay, I’m only sorry I wasn’t there longer. Every staff member was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, many options. Room was big, very comfortable bed, and warm.

Coming from a picky hotel person, this hotel is excellent! Convenient location, beautiful hotel and restaurant, clean, and great friendly staff. Highly recommend. Probably the best sleep I’ve gotten at a hotel.

My favorite place in the area, anytime around here, this is place. I would wish more nights there

Always enjoy staying here, the staff always go the extra mile to make it feel a personal experience, especially on reception. Food was excellent as always and rooms are spacious and modern. I’ll definitely be back.
