Please note that the property does not accept any bookings for more than 6 people (4 adults and 2 children maximum). The property does also not allow visitors to hotel rooms. The Regency Hotel Brighton only allows the maximum occupation of people as advertised in each room. Check in starts at 14:00. Upon prior arrangement with the property, guests can leave their luggage at the hotel starting with 09:00. Please note that there is no elevator at this property. Regency Square Car Park is the nearest car park to the property. Reservation is not possible. Guests are required to show a credit card upon check-in. Guests payment cards must be the same as used to make the reservation, and must be in the name of the lead guest. The card used to make the booking will be used to settle any outstanding additional charges.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

This 1st floor room has a balcony and a canopied four poster bed. The balcony overlooks the famous Regency Square and Gardens. It has direct sea views and features a fantastic view of the Brighton i360. The room was originally Lady Jane Dowager Duchess of Marlborough's sitting room and still retains much of the original plaster coving.

The location & the owners were lovely they couldn't of been more helpful. Even after check out time they let us leave our suitcases there & come collect them when we was ready to go home. (Which really helped)

Bed was comfortable. Good location.

No bulb in bedside lamp Tired decor Signs on window saying don't smoke out of the window but smell of cigarette and weed overwhelming at night in the stairwells En-suite was not clean. Nowhere to put items. Loud and dirty macerator toilet. Water pump noisy Neighbours sounded like kids having a party Never saw a member of staff

The hotel was in a perfect location for beach & the i360 tower. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet after midnight. Not a bad price to stay in.

A very old building & in need of updating, it was good for just a few days at most. With no lift, the endless stairs to the top floor were tiring. The fire alarm going off twice at night wasn't good. Wouldn't stay again.

The location, the manager upgraded my room. Charming building.

The plumbing is really old, it had a bad smell at times. My shower flooded once. I had to leave a night earlier because I couldn't sleep for 5 nights in a row due to other guests screaming like monkeys at 3am
