Ease of travel around site and many wonderful outdoor activities. Quiet, able to sleep well.

Hot tub was dirty. Room air conditioning did not function well and noisy. Other than coffee/tea you had to pay for, there wasn't any complimentary refreshment available. Check in staff need an in-service on quality customer service and good team communication, very poor caring and kindness. Room with no view unless you were standing up, staying one week I believe an effort could have been made for better ambiance.

Me and my mom love staying at this Marriott because it is literally 2 minutes from our grandsons.The staff are great and melody was awesome in the bar area. Our housekeeper Clorana was so nice and made sure we had what we needed. Upon arrival we didn’t like tha connecting door room and the front desk was nice and changed our room for us. Great customer service and was always greeted.

"Remodel bathrooms "

Service was very helpful and location was great. The room was large and the amenities were fruitful. The bathroom needs some work. Huge crack in the sink bowl. Shower head wasn’t strong enough for me. The bathroom door didn’t stay open so it got hot.

"Too pricey for what you get."

The pool area was nice

The staff were all not personable with the exception of one male who was training in all fields and was happy to help always. The rest the staff acted like it was a chore when asked where things were or for water.
