Nice place with a big pool

We stayed in a Superior Room for 7 days. Very comfortable bed, balcony overlooked the Pool. Great Pool - we swam everyday. Pool bar for cocktails etc. Breakfast was plentiful. Nice restaurant area. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Good for couples and families. Lots of shops close by in Ao Nang, as well as plenty of restaurants. Recommended..... would stay here again. Lots of attractions, boat trips etc. Recommend the Krabi Sunset Cruise.

Friendly staff. But if you like to sleep before midnight, forget this hotel, if you have a poolside/seaside room. Music bar across the street plays music very loud, every day. Until midnight. Also pool bar advertises happy hour, Cocktails/beer, buy one, get one free. After all, it's only expensive cocktails, you get second one free.

Nice location, clean and reasonably quiet and lots of eateries nearby. Breakfast was only average. Across the road from the beach which is better for walking rather than Swimming. Large pool but unfortunately with little shade.

Stayed at Srisuksant Resort for 3 weeks Jan-Feb with my wife.The rooms are clean, rather big and come with a King size bed.15 minute walk to Ao Nang Beach and the main street with just about everything.Within walking distance (to the right, facing Holiday Inn) you will find the ticket office for the long tail boats that will take you to nearby Islands.Don’t expect a hot shower any time of the day because the hot/warm water comes and goes and is luke warm.Uncomfortable sunchairs.At the rear of building B there is a ’stream’ that smells of sewage all day. The Wi-fi at the hotel is terrible.The fitness center above the reception is none usable - a death trap. According to the information there is a pool table, there is no pool table, it was apparently removed 4 years ago to make room for the breakfast buffé. Breakfast is between 7-10 every day.Expect to que for coffee.Make sure you eat an early breakfast as the food runs out quick, Do not book around the Chinese New Year as large groups of Asien guests arrive at the hotel in the middle of the night - 03:00.Here again you get no help from the hotel, you just have to put up with it. All in all our experience does not match the positive reviews found here on Tripadvisor. The manager did give us a room with pool access for the last two nights of our 21 night stay, but that was not nearly enough considering everything that we had put up with. If I was asked would I stay at The Srisuksant Resort again, NO, definately not.

1st of all, the reservation manager took care of all our requests even weeks before we step our foot on Krabi soil. The staffs were amazing, they remembered our room no, our preferences and very accommodating with every requests. The rooms are huge, beds are comfortable, cleanliness of the room is superb. The toilet however, shows sign of aging (the metal shower was a bit rusty but not a problem). The wall and floor need a little bit of scrubbing. The water pressure is great. The floor is quite slippery, very very dangerous to our little ones. The pools, 1 with chlorine, 1 with salted water, but both are great. We enjoyed swimming in the pools. Breakfast buffet was good and delicious. The beach is right smack in front of the hotel. Lots of (halal) eateries & marts around the hotel. Will definitely come again!

Disappointed to say, booked a superior room which was not what was advertised on the website of the hotel. The room I was given is adjoining the housekeeping room, which staff clearly started working in there from 6am, as I heard them chatting, doing washing etc... they also have an entrance as do I from the room to the verandah, which is also right next to the staff car park... the outlook on the veranda was a bunch of scooters, not a view of the beach, which is the main reason I booked this hotel room. I won't be staying here ever again.

Stayed there on 7th Feb with spouse and infant: Staff:: Courteous Staff. Helpful. Checkin Time was 2:00 we reached at 11:00. They given us Kids room to be easy and make Kid . Food:: Breakfast was good but not sure but it is not preferred site to take meals (maybe costly?) as lots of street food and beach side stalls available. Room:: Simple and noise free, Swimming pool faced room (Suggestion -> Dangerous Bulbs are protruding out of wall and my baby was trying to blast them, so we need to take care of them, not baby friendly) Location:: Noppharat Thara Beach Side Resort, Ao Nang beach: 5 Minutes walk

Unfortunately this hotel has a river running at the rear and makes the whole of the outside area smell of sewage. We also arrived very early and were unable to access our room even though we offered to pay, they said our room was occupied and could only offer us a room at a cost of 5000 bht (approx £130), so of course we declined. The staff at reception seemed to take great delight in not allowing us to our room until dead on 2pm. Unfortunately we had already prepaid for 4 nights otherwise we would have looked elsewhere for accommodation. Would not recommend or stay here again
