The stay was good. Staff were helpful and friendly

My room wasn’t that clean especially the bathroom and the carpet. Night staff was nice, and told me tomorrow is Saturday check out time is 12, but in the morning other staff call me at 10:50 remind me check out at 11.

Excellent Breakfast selection, lobby looks four star but behind the scenes the rooms are in need of decoration and certainly not 4 star standard. Staff are very helpful.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast. Close to the Old City. Parking possibilities at the Mamilla Shopping Mall close to the Old City.

Good location. Staff a little preoccupied at times. Tools could use some TLC. A little worn in areas. Great location for the money though.

Hotel have disappointed me with half working,leaking shower into room with following damp "aroma", and "lost" wall charger which I tried to recover couple of hours after checkout, but can't complain descent location and breakfast.

Our standard room was too small, we couldn't even put our suitcases down flat, so we upgraded to a larger room. The staff was very nice. The breakfast can be in the hotel (not certified kosher) or a full kosher breakfast if offered a few blocks away at the Eyal Hotel. I would stay here again.

Not bad but definitely over rated in hotels.com

The hotel staff was a bit on the rude side as well.

Great location as within walking distance to many of the attractions and historical sites.
