Mediana, o hotel oferece um bom serviço pelo preço cobrado, mas poderiam trocar as cortinas por black-out, pq a luminosidade da manhã entra toda no quarto, atrapalhando dormir até mais tarde.

Hotel bem centralizado porém antigo o ar-condicionado não ligava não tem tomadas próxima a cama porém os funcionários são a cereja do bolo com excelência sempre dispostos a ajudar desda recepção a camareiras são maravilhosos 😍

Confesso que contratei o hotel com um pouco de receio pois vi alguns comentários falando que o hotel era ruim e tal… Minha visão geral…O hotel tem estilo clássico por ser um hotel antigo mas para mim foi uma experiência boa pois o hotel trás um ambiente agradável. A limpeza impecável.. o quarto onde ficamos o 805 muito bom .. limpo e organizado.. realmente não é uma suíte grande mas visando para a nossa proposta que só era para dormir atendeu nossa expectativa. A limpeza e troca de toalhas eram feita diariamente e tudo funcionava perfeitamente( ducha, secador, ar condicionado…) O hotel tem uma ótima localização, fica ao lado da rua mais charmosa do centro o calçadão 15.. próximo à feira de inverno e a rua das flores. Minha experiência foi boa e votaria novamente.

Atendimento bom, porém a estrutura do quarto deixou a desejar. Camas desconfortáveis, cobertas super finas sendo que faz frio na cidade e o quarto não tem calefação. A iluminação do quarto também não é boa.

Fico nesse hotel ha muitos anos. A localizacao é perfeita. Bem no centro, perto de tudo. Os quartos sao de bom tamanho, sem muito luxo mas confortaveis e limpos.. uma boa cama, um bom chuveiro e um bom cafe da manha. Mas o hotel esta passando por reforma. Depois da pandemia caiu um pouco ao que era. Mas deve se recuperar.. estou torcendo pra isso. Sugiro melhoria nas roupas de cama e toalhas..
