Único problema eo barulho interno final do corredor tem uma porta que os funcionários usam e começa cedo bater a porta não sabem fechar com cuidado 7:30 da manhã tem que acorda no mais bem localizado muito Bem atendido

Dentro do esperado, apenas pode fazer algumas melhorias por ser prédio antigo, e na hora do café a reposição ser mais rápida, as vezes faltam prato e copos.

Hotel com ótima localização e quarto condizente com o preço. Entretanto, o atendimento tem muito que melhorar e tive problemas com a tranca da porta do quarto mais de uma vez, oque me deixou um pouco inseguro.

Terrivel, desisti da reserva na metade da estadia devido as más condicoes do quarto. Acabei fazendo uma reserva em cima da hora em outro hotel, após a primeira noite, e quase perdi meu compromisso devido a esse transtorno. Hotel Del Rey realmente muito ruim. Ainda por cima, faltando comodidades oferecidas no anúncio. Exemplo: Cama de casal, era 2 cama de solteiro unidas por uma capa, ou seja, ficava um buraco no meio da cama. Possuo fotos para provar a sujeira e a má condição do quarto. Fotos mostrando: Banheiro Sujo; Vaso sanitário sujo; Camas de solteiro no lugar da cama de casal, com alturas diferentes e com colxões velhos, com molas soltas. Roupas de cama suja, com mofo, cabelo e formigas. Teias de aranha espalhadas pelo quarto; Mofos nas portas e paredes; Chão sujo; Cobertor velho, cheio de ácaros e poeira. Cheiro de mofo espalhado no quarto; Só permaneci na estadia a primeira noite pois havia chegado tarde e não tinha como fazer a troca de hotel naquele momento. Estou no aguardo do reembolso.

"Hotel está muito velho "

O hotel está muito velho, estrutura fisica do prédio, jogo de cama, toalhas, e ate mesmo os talheres e xicaras do cafe da manha. Não tinha sabonete disponível no banheiro. Cobertor estava bastante velho e o lençol da cama rasgado.
