The staff were very helpful with my query about extension into the weekend. Room service was top notch, all amenities needed were provided and despite the room being on the older side, it was exactly what we needed; somewhere to stay very close to the hospital across the road, walking distance from my Dad in ICU. It’s a very convenient spot when you need to get to hospital in a hurry, and I was so grateful for that, as it allowed me to spend several hours with my dad, when the nurses called me in, on what turned out to be the last night of his life.

The air conditioner needs a service. ‘Quiet Mode’ sounded like a fork in a garbage disposal- from the good cutlery set because there was cursing too. All of the settings sounded the same. That puppy needs parts and a service. The sound died away though sometime through the night. But maybe don’t breathe. It needed a clean too.
