Une belle expérience dans cette plantation de café dans un cadre magnifique jardins très bien fleuris et cadre agréable Restauration très correcte

Le fait que nous soyons loin de tout avec difficulté à trouver un taxi facilement donc captif de l’hôtel Les tarifs sont raisonnables sauf pour le bird watching qui est prohibitif (125 $par personne avec formule lunch incluse) mais nous regrettons pas car on a pu voir 2 quetzals en partant tôt

Beautiful property in an incredible setting. Out of time atmosphere. Relaxing place.

We went there for birdwatching, and while we asked for a bird tour upon arrival for the next day, it was either full or not running that day. We were very disappointed. The hotel is nice, but rather 2 stars on western standards. Some mold in the shower and NO HEATING in the rooms. When it's in the low 60F outside, it's more or less the same inside.

This is my 2nd review on the same stay (the one on Google was for the restaurant only). I really love this place and after not being able to visit the last 7 years I was excited to come back again and rented a suite with jacuzzi. Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn't working and had a water leak, so over two hours in our room, two staff tried their best to fix and clean without success. The stay was disappointing compared to all my previous stays since many years ago. I still consider the place one of the top options in Boquete, but management and client service fell short this time. A non functioning jacuzzi with a broken hose is lack of maintenance, sorry. I filled the survey and was expecting a reply for the last 2+ weeks and not even an apology note came back. Front desk gave me some kind words and the restaurant offered free deserts.

L’emplacement est incroyable, calme, jardin magnifique, la montagne autour. Les chambres confortables, literie au top. Très bonne cuisine au restaurant, bon breakfast et personnel du restaurant très bien. Et bien sûr le café

L’accueil à la réception. En arrivant, on nous donne les clés et c’est tout. Tout le reste se gère par watts app. Pas très aimable lorsque l’on souhaite discuter. Dommage que l’accueil ne soit pas à la hauteur du standing de la finca.

Der Check-in war herzlich und professionell. Englisch wurde super verstanden. Leckeres Frühstück (auch für Vegetarier geeignet). Abendessen war sehr vielseitig und auf Veggie-Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Wir können jedem dieses Hotel empfehlen.
