Super Service, Hilfe bei der Organisation der Anreise, gemütliches sauberes Zimmer, Wärmflaschen für die Nacht, wunderschöne Aussicht, zahllose Vögel direkt vor der Haustür

Des Restaurant hat manchmal längere Wartezeiten und das Essen ist hin und wieder etwas ein Glücksspiel…

Tolle Lage und Anlage. Sehr nettes und engagiertes Personal. Alles sauber. Wunderschöner Garten mit vielen Kolibris.

Das Restaurant ist sehr ambitioniert, die Speisen sind auch sehr ansprechend angerichtet, waren aber kalt, nichts für jemanden, der seine Speisen heiß mag. Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht.

"Ein Ort für Kaffeeliebhaber"

Das Hotel befindet sich inmitten der Kaffeeplantage. Einige der Angestellten (insbesonder Louis, der „Barristaweltmeister“) teilten ihr Geisha-Kaffeewissen mit uns, eine grosse Erfahrung.

Die Mehrkosten ($ 100.00) für die Kaffeetour sollte im Preis bei zumindest zwei Übernachtungen inbegriffen sein. Nur das Hotel und der Kaffee zusammen macht den Aufenthalt erst stimmig.

The coffee tour was very nice and informative. The food at the restaurant was very good. Everyone was very friendly and attentive.

The hammock in our room was broken. A few things in the room could be updated.
