Chambre très agréable et de belle taille. Accueil sympathique. Service de chambre impeccable. Très bon petit-déjeuner.

Le restaurant. Pas assez de plats typiquement régionaux. Facture très salée. Vaut mieux vérifier les détails de la facture. Parking payant très cher (CHF 25.- par jour.)

Emplacement parfait entre gare et thermes. Déjeuner simple mais café délicieux.

Le matelas (lit individuel) n’était pas très confortable. Un peu de calcaires au fond du lavabo.

Room was very sizeable, and on the whole I found the hotel to be very comfortable. The location, close to the centre of town and the theatre was excellent, and the bar was decently equipped. I stayed one night, and slept well.

Breakfast was a bit limited.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Ramaiah Hotel in Baden. The experience was far below what was promised at the time of booking. Upon arrival, the receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful. We were not given the room category that we had booked and paid for, and our concerns were not handled professionally. When we asked for clarification, the staff showed little interest in resolving the issue. What made the experience even more upsetting was that we felt we were treated differently because of our nationality and appearance. While I cannot know the staff’s intentions, the way we were treated gave us the impression that guests are not treated equally. As Indian travelers, we felt unwelcome and disrespected throughout our interaction with the reception staff. The customer service was among the worst I have experienced in any hotel. Instead of making guests feel valued, the staff made us feel ignored and dismissed. I would not recommend this hotel to Indian travelers or, frankly, to anyone expecting professional service, fairness, and respect. There are many better accommodation options in Baden where guests are treated with dignity and receive the service they pay for.

Die Zimmer sind sehr billig eingerichtet (altes abgewetztes falsches leder) und auch sonst war die letzte Reparatur / Sanierung schon lange her

Extrem in die Jahre gekommene Zimmer.
