O elevador estava avariado, nada muito importante uma vez que fiquei no 1° andar. O A/C estava avariado mas foi logo chamado um técnico e ficou a funcionar. Nada grave.

PTElevador, ar condicionado e secador avariados. Funcionários pouco simpáticos, chegaram a ameaçar chamar polícia por causa das reclamações de uma colega, que estava hospedada noutro quarto. Só perto da meia-noite disponibilizaram o livro de reclamações..
