Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer.Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und das Frühstück Buffet frisch und schön zubereitet.Kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable; felt warm and welcoming. The view from my room was stunning. The spa is wonderful, clean and overall lovely to have access to after a long day of skiing. I also appreciated the proximity of the ski bus stop (free bus that takes you to the ski lifts).

There is nothing that I did not like.

keine Gästekarte zum nutzen der Seilbahnen, oder Bahnen. (keine Preisreduktion als Gast) Beim einchecken wird sofort die Tourismussteuer verlangt. Kein Taxi abholdienst vom Bahnhof zum Hotel und zurück.

I almost don't want to share this as I'd hate to have to compete for rooms in the future... but Antika well deserves this, so here goes! I stay here when I come skiing solo and have private lessons with my ski instructor. - Comfortable warm room, good firm bed, shower with good power, charging points for my phone / iPad etc, safe in the drawer. Good ski room for my gear at the annex. Simple and clean - has everything I need. - Good sauna, steam room and large relaxation area.. I go daily post ski. - Location - short walk to high street, church...bus stop just a few meters from my doorstep, getting me to all 3 ski ground stations. Since I am solo, I can always get on a bus even at peak hour. - Helpful staff - both junio and nunu are lovely... takes me to and from the train station, and v helpful - Breakfast is included too. There is no restaurant in the hotel / annex, but you are so central, you can just eat anywhere you want really. Great value - please don't increase your price. :)

Good, clean rooms Practical skiing room and good location for ski buses. Good breakfast, but other meals to be taken elsewhere (which is no problem in Zermatt and everything is close by)😃

Well located, comfortable and clean hotel. Friendly staff and good breakfast and ski equipment storage facilities.

The reception didn’t explain that it is not allowed to wear ski shoes at the place of reception during check-in, but they scolded us when we entered reception with ski shoes for checkout. After that, the attitude of reception was so bad and didn’t explain properly how we can keep our luggage after checkout. They should know customers cannot understand what they don’t explain.

Delicious breakfast, clean comfortable rooms with heated towel racks and nice bed linens. Lobby is relaxing with views of the Matterhorn and chairs to read. Location is ideal for catching the bus to ski or train station. 10 minute walk to the train station. Repeat customer. Highly recommend.

We know the village good and like the location of the Hotel very much. Walking distance to everything and ski bus within 20 meters. The bed is for us a bit hard and we missed a fridge on the room.
