El desayuno bufete esta muy completo, hay muy buena tención y accesibilidad por parte del personal y las calles principales estan muy cerca y se encuentra en un punto medio para ir a cualquier lado con bajo costo en transporte.

Ya he comentado anteriormente que es mi hotel preferido en Tuxtla por la ubicación, instalaciones, precio y servicio. En general siempre salgo satisfecho pues son habitaciones amplias y cómodas, además de que los precios son bastante adecuados para la calidad del hotel. 100% recomendable.

Realmente no hay cosas que pueda decir que me desagradan del hotel, mi experiencia cada vez que me hospedo en el hotel ha sido muy buena. No podría comentar nada más al respecto.

Las 4 almohadas muy viejas, se notaban usadas de mucho tiempo por lo mismo muy incómodas, la cama nada confortable muy duro el colchón no pude descansar como hubiese querido, en la noche pedimos una botella de agua y nos la negaron argumentando que no podían dar más, el personal de la recepción nos es muy amable y parece que están a la defensiva.
