The property is very conveniently located near a major shopping centre for groceries and dinner options. Parking is secure and we had one of the bigger apartments which had its own garage which was very useful. Check in was quick. We have stayed at these apartments for a number of years and are now finding the interiors are becoming a bit tired and would benefit from renovations. Our apartment (no. 5), had a big flaw in the carpet in the main bedroom, the drawer in the ensuite bathroom was very stiff and hard to open and the bed in the main bedroom was quite lumpy. In the living area the curtains were hanging off the hooks, the plug for the bigger part of the sink didn't work so the water went straight through and the dishwasher looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Every time we used it the items would need washing again. The dryer also had no lint trap and one of the airing racks was missing rungs. Both airing racks were incredibly dusty and had to be wiped over before use. We were there over the Christmas break but the apartment did not get serviced at all. On the 5th day we came home to find a bag of linen, soaps, dishwashing items etc left in the garage but nothing was cleaned - we were unsure whether we were supposed to do something with this or if someone was coming back (no one did). All in all a pleasant stay but some attention is needed to this property as "executive" apartments is now a misleading title.

Noise from other units - walls/floors seemed to transmit noise easily. Didn't notice this on a previous stay. Would try somewhere else next time.
