Location clean rooms

Bed we're not comforable

We didn't eat the breakfast

We had problems with the door to the room every time we left then we got kicked out of the room right before we left we had to go to the office for them to reset the key card

The location was easy to get to

The room was quite disappointing the jacuzzi was dirty and full of spiders and spider webs. In the corners where the ceiling meets the walls the seam tape and the drywall mud and paint was peeling back. The tvs were unplugged and we had to move the stand out from the wall to get to the plug to plug it in. The drainage of the shower not being used was super loud and gurgling when the other shower was being used. It was just not at all what we expected from the pictures on line. It was really a disappointment and I feel like the price was way to high. I have stayed in cheap chain motels that were much nicer

It's close to the Island and mountain mall among many other places we like to visit. We love walking on the walkway located next to the river

Location

First room, the lighting was so dim and the condition of the room was poor. We were moved to another room the next day. It was better, but the toilet would hardly flush. The lady at the desk was so rude when we asked to move rooms. She acted like we had no right to ask for another room. We have stayed there the last 4 years, but we will not stay there again.
