Food was good. Was a nice stay

2 Things what I did not enjoy. The entertainment was bad in the day there’s nothing no music around the pool nothing. In the evening the entertainer starts at 9:45-10:00 until 11:20 what’s that not even 2 hours off entertainment. Second problem I had was with your dinner you don’t even get a water free and I had full board. 😬

Clean and modern rooms

One of the cleaning staff refused to give us an extra towel as there was 3 of us not 2. But we got an extra in the end.

I honestly don’t even know where to start. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel in many years of travelling. I booked a studio for myself and my parents during their first trip to Spain. They came from very far away and were really looking forward to this holiday. However, when we arrived and entered our room, we were shocked by the condition it was in. The room was absolutely filthy — the toilet had urine stains, the floor was dirty and covered in hair, the bedsheets were stained, and there was even chewing gum stuck to the headboard. It was completely unacceptable and honestly uninhabitable. Because of the deplorable condition of the room, I had no choice but to move my parents and myself to another hotel. The reception manager offered us a different room, but after what we had already seen, there was no confidence that the next room would be any better. Despite this, the hotel refused to reimburse us, and the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout the entire situation. I genuinely would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We ended up staying at the H10 Salou Princess instead, where we were treated with professionalism and kindness from the moment we arrived. Do not waste your time or money booking this hotel — it is clearly not deserving of its 4-star rating.

Das Umfeld von dem hotel ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng, mit einem größeren Fahrzeug wird es sehr knapp.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Hilfsbereit wo es geht. Die Mahlzeiten waren alle gut. Sehr große Auswahl. War schon lecker. Man kann das Haus weiter empfehlen.
