Supervriendelijke mensen, grote kamer, rustig gelegen, maar wel zo in het centrum van Amersfoort. De kamers zijn wel aan de donkere kant (hoezo een grijs-bruin plafond?) en de badkamer niet helemaal proper. Ontbijtkeuze is matig, maar dat heeft ook met Corona te maken.
Al met al wel goed verblijf. Wel enkele minpunten: Schoonmaak laat te wensen over. 1x geen schone handdoeken en 1x vuilniszakje niet meegenomen. Ontbijt middelmatig: brood soms oud. Vruchten niet vers. Geen verse jus. Hotel is vier sterren niet waard. Wel vriendelijk personeel.
Stayed here for five days with the family just at the beginning of the Coronavirus lockdown. The room was spacious and clean, the staff friendly and very client-minded and price was reasonable. The last day the hotel had to close and we had to transfer to another Fletcher hotel, and the staff went really out of their way to make the transfer as easy as possible. If you"re looking for a quiet and nice stay near Utrecht or vicinity this one is a solid option.
The room was reasonably clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was large. The bathroom was clean and the shower good. However, the reason I was glad to just spend 10 hours there was it was bleak and vaguely depressing! A large room with a dark laminated floor and no rugs to break it up. Beige walls, beige ceiling. A sofa and chairs, but hard. No kettle or drinks, or any little touches to make it any more than a room for the night. Breakfast was a buffet, hot food was cold and greasy.
De eenpersoonskamer zijn erg gehorig, vooral die aan de kant van de doorgaande weg, het bed was prima, te weinig waterdruk op douche
Goed bereikbaar, vertrouwd. Service is OK. Nette kamers, goed sanitair
Netheid op badkamer was ver beneden peil. Details doorgegeven aan receptie. Dat het een dependance betreft stond niet vermeld op expedia (wel op eigen site) Ontbijt was prima.
