First and won't be the last visit, great hotel and staff where fantastic. From booking cabs and knowing where we wanted to go, just altogether great hotel....

"Bad Service"

Bad Service.Wifi service not provided despite showing email of hotels.com which showed Free Wifi. Hotel refused send two lady guest who had come to visit me. They were unnecessarily detained in the lobby. Their photo Id's were taken. Embarassment caused in lobby. Hotel said they will charge Rs.1000/- each for each additional guest which i agreed. Later on reversed the charges on protest. Very Bad experience. Checked a day earlier. No refund given.

"Exceptional"

The hotel itself ad excellent service. However, its location is such that without hiring a car/taxi, we could not reach some of the attractions. That said, the hotel was reasonably self-contained and we only needed the car for our outings as tourists. Very good experience overall!

"Comfortable stay"

We had a comfortable stay at the Royal Orchid. The food was good and the service was excellent. Ok, the ambience is not like the Lalit or the Taj, but anyway its 4-5 stars. Overall we can highly recommend this hotel for sightseeing to Jaipur.

"Nice stay in Jaipur"

We stayed here for 1 night and it satisfied our needs. The beds were VERY comfortable, room was nicely appointed. We were upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi outside, but we did not use it as we couldnt get the water warm enough. Bathroom and closet space were spacious. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Would stay here again.

"It's more than 4 stars."

I believe that it's more than 4 star hotel. We are very satisfied with this hotel except service in restaurant staff. When we went to the restaurant, the staff told me only Buffet is available in dinner time but before going down to the restaurant I checked with reception for the menu. Later the restaurant manager confirmed us all menu is available. Anyhow, I recommend this hotel.

"one of the best hotels in Radjasthan"

The Royal orchid was one of our nicest and best hotels in Radjasthan and it was a good place to stay and relax.Staff was very friendly, the pool was in very good condition, restaurant and bar werde nice with good food, rooms very clean and good maintained.We would choice the hotel again. It was best value for money.
