Be cautios before booking this one dont go by the name ITC. One of the worthless ITC properties stayed ever. Been ITC member till 2023 but never seen such a bad quality of hotel along with negligent staff. I had placed a special request for one single bed but yet provided me 2 twin bed depsite of agreeing while booking, then after requesting the double bed they denied and informed that hotel was full. While i finished my work and just stepped in my wshroom and realsed that my slipper were wet along with my botton till ankels the washroom was wridly leaking. after giving multiple calls and request they shifted my room to next door to my surprose it was a double bed which earlier was not available. At the checkout i requested the staff very soefically about the invoice email, which she never emailed and still i am waiting for same despite writing an email. Probably it would be tough to choose this one again due to poor staff cleanliness and amenties.
