There was some confusion over the breakfast inclusion. I had paid extra but when we were there for check in staff said it is not included. So we had show them email. It was resolved after but should not have happened at the first place.

The food is nice on the alacarte menu but expensive considering the other restaurants around and the grade of the hotel.

The property is now old and needs and complete overhaul. Their sports all over the sofas and carpets. The washroom door and flooring is work out. Their are better properties available at this price range. Please dont go as per the photos

"Stay away from the hotel. It is a scam in the name of ITC."

PROPERTY is under renovation, it is utterly disgusting. The way the staff behaves. I would never ever recommend anyone to stay in the hotel. Please stay away from it. The ITC is only the name for which we went over there, but there is nothing like ITC in the hotel, it is a hoax. It is a scam. Please stay away from it.

The behaviour of the duty manager was pathetic. We could not have breakfast for some reason. In spite of that we asked. Can you please pack something for us on which he rudely said if you want to eat eat, otherwise you will not be given anything. We went empty stomach from the hotel because of the rude behaviour of the duty manager on board.
