La atención de Sofía para resolver una incidencia.

Mala imagen en el mantenimiento de los pasillos con desconchones en las paredes. Creo que son detalles de dejadez en la imagen del hotel. Por lo demás, todo correcto.

No me ha gustado mucho, es B&B y ya esta. El precio quizás, para los precios de Sant Cugat esta bien..

Tardamos un poco en hacer checking..pero la chica de recepción fue atenta con nosotros, nos explico que teníamos maquinas de café gratis, no me ha gustado el personal de limpieza, que comenzaron a primera hr de la mañana hacer ruido y dar golpes exagerados al mover las camas y limpiar a las 09.00 de la mañana, sin importarles el descanso de los huéspedes.. Gritandose por el pasillo entre ellos..la habitación y baño estaba limpia, pero no olía a nada, por lo pienso que solo pasan un trapo humedo y ya esta..Mejorable seguro.!.

Lo amplia, comoda y limpia que era la habitacion, calidad precio esta muy muy bien El desayuno buffet mas de lo mismo. Variedad de comida, comodidad ya que no es como otros hoteles lleno de gente a reventar

"Hotel praktisch gelegen, grote parking. Ruime kamer met goed bed. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel."

Zeer lekker ontbijt en werd onmiddellijk aangevuld. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Douche zeer goed en voldoende handdoeken (misschien graag een bekertje). Dichtbij autostrade en stadje zelf.
