"I had an accident inside the hotel and I was not helped"

The hotel and location was really amazing. But i had an accident inside the hotel and I being alone I was not assisted by them at all.

During my stay, i fell from 2 steps INSIDE THE HOTEL, breaking my ankle, and the receptionist was not willing to help me. I understand it was already late in the evening, but as soon as I fell I jumped to the reception and asked for ice. They looked and said: no, we don’t have. But, knowing I was Alone, and looking at the state of my ankle, they didn’t offered me any help at all, nor helped me get back to my room, which I have to go jumping on my own, as I could. I felt very disappointed and could have used some more assistance in this situation. This is why my rate is low.

Staff molto disponibile, parti comuni dell'albergo molto belle ed accoglienti, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in albergo prima della partenza e posizione centrale ideale per visitare la città

Stanza molto calda (parliamo di Giugno) e senza aria condizionata e ventilatori con un costante cattivo odore, il bagno davvero molto piccolo e molto diverso rispetto alle foto sul sito. Da rivedere anche l'insonorizzazione delle stanze certamente non ottimale. La colazione non è male, ma piuttosto scarna la scelta sopratutto per quanto riguarda la parte dolce.
