TownePlace Suites by Marriott Tucson Williams Centre

We had to best time! The pool was lovely and my kids loved it too.

Unfortunately this hotel is lacking in many ways. We mistakenly went into the Courtyard down the street first and it was decked out with graduation decorations and they were passing out gifts upon check in with an exciting vibe. When we walked in to TownePlace Suites no one working was to be found. Once a woman appeared she checked us in and when we asked if they give out waters upon check in, which is customary at almost every comparable hotel, she rudely informed us we’d get 1 water for the 3 of us. When we asked for more she rudely informed us we could have only 1 more and only at check in, in a very condescending voice. Zero graduation celebration. And who doesn’t give a water to each person checking in? The room is ok. Bathroom smelled horribly of mold and the door bolt was broken. Hallways in the hotel smell like dank stale cigarettes. There’s so many nicer places to stay. Definitely not Marriott standards in room nor staff.

Friendly staff, nice comfortable rooms. Love the kitchenette. Centrally located but also tucked away from traffic.

The shower pressure sucks!

Place was fine for a one night stay. Room was right next to the elevator and was very loud all night long. That and the bed not being very comfortable led to little sleep that night.

This hotel is located in a business office complex. We stayed on a Sunday night and it was very quiet. There are numerous restaurants and retail facilities within walking distance (or only a very short drive away). Great stay!

Every thing was great. The breakfast really hit the spot before we started our day.
