The price. Good value

Private bathroom advertised was actually about 10 yards down the corridor away from the room, which was very inconvenient.

The Blue Moon is a traditional B&B within walking distance of all of Blackpool's sights. The room was adequate, the bed comfortable and the ensuite great. The breakfast was amazing and all of my friends and I were impressed, especially for the price.

The exterior of the hotel needs a facelift....but don't we all! Once inside the accommodation, everything was great.

It was a bit shabby and not much information given on arrival Staff that run hotel was lovely but not there when we arrived we got greeted by a very cold cleaner

Bin not emptied in 4 days. No towel change.

The room was spotlessly clean 🫧 decent furniture and decor, fantastic shower. The staff where really nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice 👍 🙂

I think the heating was on a timer so it only came on at certain times. Not always when we needed it. But then again the weather had turned, a few days before it was really hot and we wouldn't have needed it. The outside of the building is very shabby and tired. It needs a bit of a paint job, but don't let it put you off. As the saying goes "don't judge a book by it's cover'
