"Struttura piacevole ma servizio completamente disorganizzato e poco attento"

La struttura è esteticamente piacevole e ben tenuta. La camera era pulita e in ordine, così come le aree comuni. La piscina, pur essendo di dimensioni contenute, è gradevole.

Il servizio è stato largamente al di sotto degli standard attesi per un hotel 4 stelle. La camera ci è stata consegnata solo alle 16:30, nonostante fossimo tornati puntuali alle 15:00 e avessimo chiesto più volte informazioni. La gestione del ristorante è stata deludente: nessuna disponibilità per tutta la settimana, nessuna alternativa proposta e impossibilità di usufruire del room service, con informazioni contrastanti tra reception e ristorante. Inoltre, la camera non è stata rifatta il giorno successivo: il servizio di pulizia è passato solo alle 15:30, un orario poco comprensibile. Nel complesso, il personale è apparso poco orientato al cliente e poco proattivo.

"A pleasant stay"

Very well situated hotel with a lovely small garden. We were disappointed with out dinner in their Pitaya restaurant but the lunches we had by the pool were very good.

Le confort rien a dire Un lit plus que confortable

Je souhaite signaler qu’une odeur très désagréable était présente dans la chambre, ce que je trouve inacceptable pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Par ailleurs, au moment du petit-déjeuner, il m’a été demandé de retourner me changer car ma tenue était jugée inappropriée. Mon ensemble en crochet (chemise et short) ne laissait pourtant rien transparaître. D’autant plus que d’autres clients, vêtus de manière bien plus dénudée, n’ont rencontré aucune remarque.
