AULocation, Facilities, Breakfast and room was perfect. After travelling for over 4 months this team and location get 100% from me. The farm-let location is very well equipped and has everything you require to have a wonderful stay
There was NOTHING I could complain about and I am sure if I did the owners would have fixed it immediately! The access road is a little bumpy but its not their issue.

GBOverall, this has to be one of the very best B&B's I've had the pleasure of staying at. The accommodation along wit friendliness of the hosts was exceptional. Finally, the breakfasts were quite simply super delicious.

GBGBLocation, facilities and breakfast were excellent all the rooms were beautifully appointed. But we were not treated politely when we asked if they had a lighter duvet and we were made to feel that we were very difficult guests. It was rather an uncomfortable feeling and it continued throughout the stay.
The mattress on our bed was old and uncomfortable This was such a shame as the room itself was beautiful and the bathroom excellent.

The drive up to the property was difficult
GBThe breakfasts were exceptional, perfectly cooked to order and service was just as exceptional and Molly, Colin and Charlene were the friendliest of hosts, nothing was too much trouble to them and our stay felt like being in a large, comfortable home but without having to do any of the work necessary to keep it to the highest of standards.
Exiting onto the main road at the bottom of the driveway was the only thing we thought could have been improved, maybe by a Caution Concealed Entrance sign, as some traffic appeared to exceed the 30mph speed limit!
