Very pleasant staff who were happy to help with a flat tyre I had. Room and view were pleasant, could do with a little tlc but bed was comfy and it was fine. Early check in at 1pm a real plus point. Breakfast was superb and set us up for day.

Nothing really. Could do with a little tlc but we definitely will stay there on our next overnight stay in Blackpool.

The staff were friendly and explained everything really well and we're on hand for anything needed. Room was great for a family room and it was clean.

The mattress on the bed was awful and hardly slept all night.

Not a lot to like to be honest!!!!

You had to hold the toilet seat up with your back as it didn't stay up on its own, the door to the bathroom didn't close properly, the door to the room didn't fit and just rattled and had a gap. Music, drinking and shouting went on till 2am even after I sent a message at 1am asking for music to be turned off. No apology in the morning and no message. Loads of flies in the foyer too, infestation or something!!!!

"Value stay with a great host."

The host is excellent. Couldn't be more helpful. It is located near the tram line. Past the pleasure beach. I personally didn't mind the walk and it's away from the busier and somewhat down trodden centre of Blackpool. The b and b has a small bar area and parking. The room was fine, if not a little tired in decor. The full English breakfast was exceptional and overall it is good value for money for the room, parking and breakfast included. Would recommend.
