ESPETACULAR, DIAS MARAVILHOSOS.....

We had an Ant line tracking behind our bathroom sink. We reported it, but it never went away. The staff here are great, location is fantastic, and it appears this is one of the premier hotels in Buzios

We spent 5 nights at the hotel. All of the staff were very good, friendly and helpful. Our room did not have any view which was a shame, but I think that was all that was available when we booked. We had a bath on the small terrace, but we did not use it and it seemed a bit pointless placed where it was. One complaint about the room was not enough places to store things. The food in the restaurant was excellent, except on Christmas Eve when we paid a lot of money (£140 per person) for a very poor meal. Other diners that we spoke to agreed. But that was a one off! We ate there 2 other times and were very happy, but the wine choices were poor and expensive.

Es muy recomendable, es un hermoso lugar, con excelente atencion, lindos y cómodos detalles. Rico desayuno y buena atencion. Muy buena ubicación, limpio. Una increible vista desde el restaurante y pileta climatizada super linda.

Adoramos a pousada. Limpeza ,conforto, atendimento dos funcionários e visual espetacular da Orla Bardot.

Experiência incrível. Hotel Excelente, que supera todas as expectativas, seja no primoroso atendimento, seja na instalações, conforto, etc.

Foi uma experiência incrível!! O lugar é muito aconchegante, limpos, decoração maravilhosa, e localizado em lugar perfeito, do lado do centro. O atendimento é surreal do início ao fim! Os funcionários são mega educados! Café da manhã e jantar maravilhosos! Tudo muito gostoso! Vale cada minuto! Todo mundo deveria viver essa experiência! As duas piscinas são muito limpas e gostosas! Realmente um lugar lindo! Parabéns!

A POUSADA É MUITO BOA, JÁ É A SEGUNDA VEZ QUE FICO, BEM NO CENTRO FACIL DE CHEGAR NA RUA DAS PEDRAS, UMA EXCELENTE COZINHA E ATENDIMENTO PRIMOROSO.

The hotel is amazing, the images don’t do it justice. The staff really do give 5* service. From the second you walk into the hotel it’s like a little sanctuary, and when you see the views just wow. The breakfast was excellent, the cocktails at the bar were fab, and we ate in the restaurant one night which was also excellent. The room was much bigger than expected and nice to have a private courtyard. My only two suggestions would be in the bedrooms - to provide bottled water daily, and to provide a wastebasket in the room. This hotel really is a gem, it’s beautiful and we really couldn’t fault it. Also in a great location and the steps take you straight to the Bardot walk (and statue outside).
