It was welcoming and the staff went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable and cared for. We had excellent advice about what to visit and where to walk, including bus times. We had a lovely, recently refurbished suite. The food was excellent with a good selection at breakfast and excellent evening meals. Lovely atmosphere and I am happy to recommend to others.

My only niggle was the mattress on the bed as I need a firm mattress and I struggled to sleep on the one provided.

Excellent breakfast and dinner. Very helpful staff. Family friendly.

Only slight issue we had was WiFi reception in the bedroom area (fine in other bits of the hotel). Normal 5G reception was available which mitigated this.

Amazing customer service from the moment we arrived. Greeted upon arrival and made to feel very welcome. Our room was great and our evening meal and breakfast were perfect. All the staff were very friendly and professional.

Location was nice, but it is on the main road

Noise from the road, not clean, dated, noisy fans and neighbours, breakfast way too late
