"Could have been less frustrating."

Clean room. Comfy bed and pillows.

TV remote control was impossible to use properly. First night I could not get.the volume to go up. Asked for a new remote for the next night for it to be replaced with a worse remote. Why? I asked for them to make sure it worked properly, so I assume they didn't.
