Wij hadden een bijzonder gastvriendelijke ontvangst bij aankomst. De communicatie onderling al op voorhand was prima. Een ruime, schone kamer met elke dag koffie thee en koekjes. De ligging is prima en rustig gelegen. Op dag van vertrek mocht de bagage achterblijven, zodat we nog van een fijne dag konden genieten.

Het toilet naast de douche is zeer krap.

"Habitación con encanto"

La ubicación, la habitación súper espaciosa e iluminada, te ponen té y café y otras cosas que te salvan el desayuno! Y todos los días la limpian!

El baño si bien no tuvimos problemas es un poco anticuado no está bien iluminado y la ducha tiene poca presión de agua, pero te puedes bañar así que tampoco es muy importante pero sería lindo que se reformaran un poco

The hosts were warm and always available to answer questions. The host also helped us with our luggage. The property is about 15-25 mins from main tourist attractions

Severe Lack of electrical sockets/Outlets: Only one working socket for the TV and kettle. The other two were hidden, inaccessible behind a bed. In a room of 4 people. Zero Mirror Outlets: Host provided two hairdryers but no sockets inside or near the bathroom mirrors. Logistical Headaches: Only one key set for four guests. Host refused to provide fresh cups in the morning. Poor Maintenance: Squeaky, uneven wooden floors, worn carpet, and a loud, constantly trickling toilet tank. Subpar Amenities: Towels were child-sized and completely inadequate for adults. So all in all, we did not find it value for money or comfortable at all.

Meryem et Ajaz sont vraiment super ! Très gentils, avenants, disponibles et arrangeants. L'emplacement est parfait, dans un coin calme tout en étant proche du centre ville (Encore merci à vous !)

Tout est super mais attention pour les personnes de grande taille, le lit peut paraitre un peu court !

"Good spot in Edinburgh!"

A very spacious room, not far from the center of Edinburgh. The owner was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.
