We absolutely loved our room – it was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The guest house is located in a very safe and quiet area, its close to everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Μείναμε στο οικογενειακό δωμάτιο, το οποίο ήταν πολύ άνετο, ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Οι οικοδεσπότες μας πάρα πολύ ευγενικοί, προσπάθησαν από καρδιάς να μας βοηθήσουν σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε καλή τοποθεσία στη Νέα Πόλη, σε κοντινή απόσταση από όλα τα αξιοθέατα του Εδιμβούργου. Στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε ψυγείο, δυνατότητα ετοιμασίας καφέ και τσαγιού και shortbreads τα οποία ανανεώνονταν καθημερινά.

Το διπλό κρεβάτι ήταν κάπως άβολο, ενώ το πάτωμα έτριζε πολύ και είχε κάποιες έντονες ανωμαλίες.

It was difficult to find accommodations in Edinburgh that met our needs and price point and this lovely 2 star guest house was a good fit. We were made to feel very welcome.

Meryam and Azad were kind, thoughtful hosts who ensured our stay was comfortable.

Nice quiet location, a lovely stroll to the city centre. Our hosts were lovely. Great spot to base ourselves for a few days in Edinburgh.

Posizione strategica in zona ottima!! Supermercato, bar e pub vicini, a 5 min a piedi dalla fermata del tram di Picardy place. Host gentilissimo, sempre e subito disponibile Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile visti i prezzi folli di Edimburgo

Con un budget davvero basso secondo me sarebbe possibile rivedere l’arredamento della camera per renderla più moderna!

The manager was wonderful as was the cleaner. Pleasant, helpful and made us feel very welcome.

The only thing I didn't like was the size of the ensuite. The toilet was squashed between the shower and basin. Hardly able to fit.
