Staff very polite and accommodating, room was excellent, good size, modern and clean, comfortable bed, good size bathroom and shower. Good selection at breakfast, fresh cooked eggs while you wait... fantastic.

Sehr liebevoll gemachtes Frühstückbuffet mit frischgepresstem Orangensaft, Smoothies (täglich andere), Lachs, Früchten, Müesli, Gipfeli, Milchreis und Eierspeisen auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet. Kaffeemaschine kann man selber bedienen - macht Latte Macchiato- Cappuccino, Espresso etc.. Alles ist ist überschaubar.

Leider kein Wasser mit Kohlensäure am Frühstück (sorry, aber das ist mein Tick)

Everything - room what specious, beautifully furnished and very clean. service was top notch - everyone from the cleaning crew to the kitchen and reception were very helpful , welcoming and eager to serve, the spa was clean and relaxing breakfast was lavish , the location was great. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel mitten in Zermatt. Die Talstationen zum Skifahren liegen in Gehdistanz. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet mit einer grossen Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind hell, geräumig, sauber und verfügen über eine sehr gute Ausstattung.

I am honestly shocked at how terribly this hotel is run. They advertise heating and floor heating, yet nothing worked. We spent our nights freezing while they pretended everything was normal. The bathroom door had no lock, giving absolutely no privacy. Completely unacceptable. And to make things worse, the maid walked into our room three different times in the morning while we were sleeping. No knocking. No respect. Just walked right in. The room wasn’t even properly cleaned. Corners were dusty, and the pillow wasn’t changed daily, which is basic hygiene. For the price they charge, this is ridiculous. Breakfast was another disaster. The food tasted old, like it had been served and re-served over and over again. Not fresh, not enjoyable, and honestly kind of disgusting. To make everything even more frustrating, we got zero help with transport. When we arrived at the train station, there was no assistance in getting to the hotel. And when we needed to leave early for a 7 a.m. train, we asked about transportation and they simply told us the hotel bus doesn’t run at that time. Reception closes at 9 p.m., so if you need anything after that, there’s literally no one to help you. And the final insult: my ski goggles were stolen from the ski room. They were expensive, and the hotel didn’t care at all. No help, no compensation, nothing.
