No elevator! You have to take your bags on the 1st floor yourselves! No helper. No A/C!

Surprisingly good stay.built many decades ago it is surpringly comfortable ,breakfast was good with all the usual staples. Rooms were large. Would stay again

It’s a small town with few places to stay. This is probably the best of the bunch. However this property could benefit from an update. Flooring, paint and bathrooms are the areas most in need of improvement.

Good: bed was clean and it slept well Bad: 1) hot room with no air this allowing mosquitoes in the room when you opened window 2) hair in bathroom tub and shower 3) lobby pitch black at 6 pm also dark at 9 pm; unusual that there was no one present 4) no bottled water or soda for purchase since we came back after the bar closed 5) front desk did not know and was not helpful in finding us a gas station or supermarket to purchase items 6) no hair dryer 7) carpet dirty - more dirty than just a vacuum could fix I realize Twizel is remote but that facility could be a gold mine to tired travelers if managed properly.

The place was a little dated. The town was fine, but not very interesting.

We have stayed here before and the rooms, amenities, staff professionalism and response to any issues with warmth and efficiency is first class. I recommend this accommodation venue highly to any traveller, be it for business or touring this amazing countryside.

It was ok pretty clean. A little noisy. Reasonable value for money though

10/10 A bit dated but overall it is very comfy. Great queen beds x2 in the room. Very spacious and very clean.

The rooms are very outdated, bathtub broken, door broken, cups dirty, hallway dirty,... Front desk staff very nice, rooms very spacious, lots of free parking.

Nice place to stop on the way south.
