Rothschild Mansion

Je vous écris pour exprimer ma colère après avoir été littéralement arnaquée via votre plateforme. J’ai réservé deux nuits à l’hôtel Rothschild à Haïfa avec mon épouse . Résultat : une porcherie immonde au rez-de-chaussée. La chambre était d’une saleté dégueulasse, indigne même d’un taudis. La porte des toilettes m’est restée dans les mains dès la première soirée – on parle bien d’un hôtel ?! La baignoire ne se vidait pas, aucun shampoing, aucun gel douche. Zéro service. Zéro respect du client. La vitre cassée Je suis écœurée. Ce séjour que j’attendais avec impatience a été un véritable cauchemar, et tout ça grâce à vous et votre manque total de vérification des établissements que vous proposez. Vous cautionnez donc ce genre de fumisterie, apparemment. Je n’exige pas, je réclame immédiatement un remboursement conséquent. Pas de demi-mesure, pas d’excuse bidon. Vous avez détruit un week-end entier, et il est hors de question que je laisse passer ça. Sans un retour rapide et une compensation sérieuse, je me chargerai personnellement de faire connaître cette escroquerie publiquement. Croyez-moi, je ne manquerai pas de canaux.

People were lovely; friendly, helpful, thoughtful, just terrific. Public transportation very convenient, with bus stops only meters from the location.

A/C seemed to be struggling to maintain temperature, though it wasn't particularly hot outside (for Israel). Loud kids outside until late in the evening every day. WiFi strength was poor. Room itself had many small issues (bathroom door very difficult to close, toilet seat repeatedly disconnected itself from the toilet, shower regularly leaked all over the floor, overall fit and finish of the room was poor).

Not as advertised: not even close to “soundproof”, no terrace, no staff on Shabbat, no bottles of water, no slippers, and no breakfast! Biggest issue was that we reserved and prepaid for a room that clearly says breakfast included on the posting, but were inexplicably switched to something else by the time we got our receipt, so we didn’t get breakfast, which isn’t available on Saturdays anyways.
