Hotel Ambato

Breakfast was very tasty.

No hairdryer or iron in the room. Had to ask for both in reception. Iron didn’t work properly & I accidentally set I iron on bed as no iron board provided & I slightly damaged the duvet cover. I was charged $50 at checkout for damage. I thought that was an extremely high penalty as B&B only cost $25/person.

TV really small and difficult even chande de channels, no the best personal al reception, the shower was hell!! too hot if you are like me and don´t like get a shower in boiling water

The room was spotless, really good housekeeping. We missed to know in advance that it was just next to a museum. Wanna go there again.

Although rooms and areas were clean, the dishes and silverware for breakfast weren't so.

This hotel was very clean and staff was amazing. I gave it a 3 star because you have to call for an iron and hair dryer, they are not in room. I also did not like the fact there was no heater, fan or ac in the rooms and I like circulating air to sleep. Breakfast was good you can ask them to make you fresh eggs. Everyone was very nice and this hotel was super clean. I recommend if your okay with the no circulating air.
