For the cost everything was better than expected The staff are amazing It is 15 mins walk from plaza de Armas

This property looks nothing like what is shown on photos they posted. We booked a room with 4 twin beds, and they first offered us two rooms with two bed each. I thought they were upgrading our rooms. I saw this receptionist taking her spray with her and that was indeed a red flag. She opened the door to the room, which was on the second floor, and started spraying before we entered. I travelled many times and I have never seen anything like that. Both rooms smelled like rotten trash, and soon, we found out that there were big piles of rotting trash bags laying around right next to the building

Good location, not far from center, friendly personal, tidy rooms, 24 h check-in/out

Poor breakfast, no hot water at night

The hotel is nice the staff is amazing it’s central walking distance to restaurants and stores it’s super clean breakfast is amazing as well I’ll definitely stay here again

Buen hotel, la atención buena, todos muy amables, location and facilities acorde al precio
