Fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—just a few minutes' walk from Queenstown town center. I was really impressed by the high-quality toiletries provided in the room. The breakfast was also a highlight; beautifully presented with several delicious options to choose from. Highly recommended!

The WiFi in my room is not good.

Lovely views, homely comfortable room & spotlessly clean Great breakfasts & friendly hosts. Good to have a laundry available after trekking.

Bit of a steep hill but worth it for the view’s & convenience to town.

"Beautiful stay"

Made-to-order breakfast was top-notch. They offer evening wine tasting a couple nights a week. Use of washer/dryer was a big plus. Stafff was super nice and professional. Walk down the hill and you are in the center of town.

"The perfect place to stay in Queenstown."

Queenstown House is in an exceptional position, close to town with fabulous views of the lake, the mountains and the town. Villa 2 is extremely well appointed. Comfortable and stylish. It is certainly one of the best places I have stayed. Highly recommended.

The breakfasts were delicious, in particular the large variety of cooked option. Oddly, however for this land of cream and butter, the staff were stingy about butter and milk for tea and coffee. We had to ask repeatedly for both. Strange that such a small detail should Macready an otherwise superb experience.

We were unfortunately double booked so we relocated to the sister company luxury apartments, Samatha was so helpful and resolved the situation very efficiently.
