Friendliness of staff and location.

Nothing. There is a steep hill down to the centre of town, so no need to pack your heeled shoes. The outstanding views make up for this.

Loved the location and the superb breakfast. Great way to start the day and the views from the room were amazing.

Beautiful location, very comfortable room. Lovely staff. The cooked breakfast with a view over the town and lake is the best way to start the day.

Occasional noise from office and other patrons, but wasn't a major issue for us. The walk up the hill from town is steep as everyone comments but there are other options and we managed the walk a few times a day.

Lovely comfortable bed. Great views. Staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. Loved the wine tasting session and meeting other travellers.

It was a great location to the centre of town but still very quiet comfortable bed and breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf Queenstown, geräumiges Bad mit ausreichend Ablagefläche, sehr feines Frühstück. Die Lage ist perfekt, alles in Gehdistanz erreichbar. Wir würden gerne wieder hierher zurückkommen.

Breakfast was excellent.. great to be able to make plunger coffee in the room. Good selection of TV channels. Location had fabulous views from terrace outside my room. Staff lovely and helpful

The location could be a challenge if you don't like walking up hills. But the reward is stunning views in a quiet location.
