Very well located and the staff very helpful and kind.

The swimming pool in the SPA, the water was a bit cold.

The facilities, rooms and ski in ski out were great.

Not much, had a great time with the daughter.

There was no heating in our room at all and the drinks and food were expensive

The highlight were the staff - friendly and really helpful. Very comfortable room with amazing views. Easy access to the ski locker and the slopes

Very nice hotel with slopeside access and a nice spa. Restaurant is very good as well.

Really disliked the staff at the hotel. Everyone was rude and seemed to always doing us a favor, whether calling a taxi, serving drinks or going through an inconvenience of giving an extra key. Hotel not equipped for winter vacationers, there are no basic amenities in room such as hooks to hand winter coats. Closets are tiny and not functional. No nightstands. Doors squeeked. Pool area was not the cleanest. Food in the restaurant mediocre, at best. We ended up leaving hotel 2 nights early.
