Super Frühstücksbuffet und sehr freundliches Personal

Leider keine Bar oder sonstige Möglichkeit den Tag durch etwas zu trinken. Auch am Abend war das Restaurant geschlossen.

The quiet, laid back beach resort vibes, pool and kids pool were great. male staff who attended the pool and towels as well as the men who drove the tuktuk to parent resort were lovely. Ability to access facilities and dining at parent resort saved our experience. Great kids pool, decent coffee and nibbles in foyer. Large rooms. On the beach location with beautiful breeze and ocean sounds however beach directly in front was unusable and dangerous exposed concrete spires. Nice walk along the sand from resort to other resorts and great local beach restaurants on the sand with great food, drinks and atmosphere.

Rooms smelled musty, room not cleaned properly before we arrived, kitchen bench stained, ants all through bathrooms, breakfast was average and expensive for the quality, no other restaurant on sight, waited over 2 hours for room service and ended up cancelling because it got too late and staff not helpful during the process of ordering and following up room service. Some of the bungalows looks dilapidated. Overall very tired resort. In need of a big restoration. beach directly in front was unusable and dangerous exposed concrete spires.

Das Konzept und die Idee dahinter waren mal gut, aber heute sieht es einfach nur noch von außen und auf den ersten Blick gut aus. Vor zehn Jahren war es vielleicht super schön, aber mittlerweile ist es renovierungsbedürftig.

Schmutzig, schon in den ersten fünf Minuten meines Aufenthalts. Bettwäsche hatte Flecken auf der Decke und den Kopfkissen. Und fremde Haare auf dem Bett. Poolwasser war in der Regel trüb. Insekten im Zimmer, von Kakerlaken bis Ameisen. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, das ist halt die Natur. Die Rezeption war bei der Ankunft eher genervt als freundlich. Jede Kommunikation fühlte sich wie eine Hürde an. Ich habe lieber in benachbarten Hotels nach Informationen gefragt als im eigenen Hotel. Ich hatte hier 13 Tage gebucht, bin aber nach der Hälfte in ein anderes Hotel gewechselt, da ich einen Hautausschlag im Gesicht bekommen habe. Ich möchte hier nichts vorwerfen, aber nachdem ich das Hotel gewechselt habe, ist dieser Ausschlag langsam zurückgegangen. Ein nachträgliches Bedauernsschreiben des Hotels bringt mir an dieser Stelle leider nichts mehr. Ich hätte mir stattdessen gewünscht, dass mir zumindest die Kosten für die letzten fünf Tage erstattet werden.

Personal und Bungalow. Und Frühstück.

Strand ist vom Meer unterstpült worden. Also keine Bademöglichkeit im Meer. Das muss bei der Buchung gesagt werden. Eine absolute Sauerei ist das!!

So this hotel is only if you love quiet places and not the tourists ones. We fell in love with it, as after 2 weeks of Bangkok and Chang Rai, with a lot of noise and to crowded places, here it was like a dream. We had a big group (22 people) so we had chalets and apartments, and all where happy with their choice. The breakfast is quite impressive, with a lot of options. The staff doesn't speak English but they are so nice and try to help you in case you need anything. At 1 km distance there is a street with shops, restaurants and massage parlors. From the lobby you can take a free tuk tuk that takes you there or you can walk. They do not have a beach as it's always destroy by the waves, but in the left you have the beach and can enjoy it without any problems. There are also restaurants on the beach if you want.
