De ser un Hilton, hoy es un Bed & Breakfast, no tiene nada que ofrecer de su oferta de valor, no hay bares abiertos, el room service se limita a pizzas y ensaladas, mal iluminado, los bares no funcionan, si me hubiera quedado en un motel me habría ido mejor.

"Mejorar el servicio "

Se requiere mejorar el servicio en mostrador. Las personas de recepción fueron muy groseras y no nos explicaron qué servicios ofrecía el hotel y la reservación, necesitan incluir cortesía e interés por sus huéspedes. Felicidades por el chef y el personal de cocina, EXCELENTE atención sobre todo en el desayuno, el omelette que me preparó se llevó las palmas, gracias por su desempeño.

"Good"

They put me in a terrible room because I booked on Expedia. I asked for change and they took one hour to proceed. Also I had to shorten my stay due a customer request. I had originallly a 3 nights reservation and they refuse to reimburse me for one night . I will never return in that place. The service at the Lobby is terrible . In two days I was there I asked to meet a manager and they never showed up .
