Ski holiday in apartment. Was fine for 2 would have been a bit crammed for 4 not to mention 6.

Great apartment block, not too far from centre of resort and ski lifts. Staff were helpful and the (paid for) spa is great.

Reception staff very helpful. Room very clean. Bedrooms so tiny that you have to shuffle past the bed, too small to get dresssed in it. Pool absolutely tiny too. Location good - 10 mins walk to ski lift.

We stayed in Residence Lagrange for a week during Christmas. We had a good experience: good residence, relatively central and good amenities. The appartment was good with more space than expected and good storage. There is also a good spa in the residence and a common lounge area with a pool table (albeit not free, 2euros per game (this should be included in the stay)). It is a 5-10mn walk to the main street of Les Gets which is ok, albeit a bit hard with ski equipement (better with car (there is parking available at the Residence)). One of the negatives is the lack of inclusion of options in the initial package: wifi has to be bought separately, parking and end of stay cleaning as well. It is also very difficult to contact the Residence before being there. In summary, a few small things that would make the overall booking much easier.

Friendly staff, enthusiastic about the alps. Smart and chic apartments more like a city pad than an alpine ski resort. Nice change from ubiquitous Xmas deco. Hotel not part of the leisure pass scheme this summer, but possibly next year but can buy lift passes . Good area for walks, but lifts are more geared up for mountain bikes, which means quite lengthy round trips. Shame more lifts aren't open!

Overall, a very good hotel/apartment for the price. The hotel staff were very friendly and, unlike some other reviewers, we had no issues checking out, with no queues and no problems to speak of. The apartment was on the small side (we got the 6 person) but we were a smaller group so it was fine for us. I would definitely recommend getting a bigger room than your group though so that you aren't on top of each other. The beds, on the other hand, were massive and comfortable (if you like harder beds) but only had 1 small pillow each so take a spare if that's your thing. The location was good, quiet but close to the centre and the lifts and had nice views (although I imagine it's difficult not to). Definitely a good budget stay and I would recommend to younger people who are looking for a good place to sleep and not spend long in the smallish room. There are also safe lockups available for skis and bikes so it's good all year round.

Super apartments, we got given a bigger apartment than we had reserved. It was for 6 people rather than 2, although I'm not sure how 6 people would fit in! Everything was in great; clean and comfortable, and the decor nice and modern. Check in to the room wasn't available until 5pm which was a little frustrating, but others were able to check in earlier as the rooms became available, also there is a storage room for bags near reception. Apartment is about a 10-15 minute walk to the lifts (in ski boots) check out process quick and easy. All the staff were friendly and helpful - we will be back soon!

We had a one-bedroomed apartment sleeping upto 6. 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. lounge area including kitchen and dining, TV etc leading to small balcony. Ideal for family of 4 but would be crowded with 6. Hotel facilities include a cental lounge area with games and tea and cofee. There is a swimming pool and hot-tub. For skiers there is a boot-room for storage of boots and skis but the access is through the hotel reception. Under-cover or outside parking is avaialable and extra costs. We parked right outside the Hotel for free but there are limited spaces. The property is a good 10 minute walk, initially uphill which is not great with skis and wearing ski-boots so consider storage at a hire-shop near the slopes. There is a range of shops, a take-away pizza and a supermarket within 5-10 minutes walk. There are many bars and restuarants in town but try and book and peak times especially if you have a large party.

My wife, and I, with our 14 year old daughter stayed at this complex for one week on 06.07.13. We had a great time and particularly enjoyed the location that was close to the centre of Les Gets, with a variety of restaurants, shops, etc. The swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor were a bonus, although at times quite busy. We stayed in an apartment that could have slept 8 people, however I think trying to accommodate any more than 5 would be impractical, the living room had one three seater settee, although the large dining table had 8 chairs. It was tight. There was limited internet access priced at €20 /week, it was poor, and could only handle one device. The TV had most languages except English, and we tried to re-tune it several times without success. The staff were very friendly, and the accommodation was well kept and clean. We would stay there again.
