"子供連れの方たち要注意!"

子供を連れて泊まりました。予約時に一室の料金すべて込みで書いてあったがチェックアウト精算時に子供の施設利用料金3600円取られ、ぼったくりですよ!施設とても古いですが、スタッフの方たちが優しい。朝食美味い!

昔ながらのホテルだったけど子連れには嬉しい和室でしかもオーシャンビューで夜の水族館も見れて大満足でした！次鴨シーに来る時もまた利用させてもらいます。

風呂場が余り綺麗でなかった。 前日に三日月に宿泊したので、尚更全般に貧弱に感じた。シーワールドとのコラボは良かったと思う。

"家族連れに優しいホテル"

子連れで利用しました(2歳、2ヶ月) レストランのバイキング内容、幼児用のバスタブまである大浴場、鴨川シーワールドまでのアクセスなど子供に配慮されていて助かりました。 建物が古いなど不満もありますがフロントやスタッフのサービスレベルは高く、楽しめました。

部屋風呂にも赤ちゃん用石鹸があればよかった。 またお湯の温度調節が難しかった。部屋にゴミが多かった。それ以外は満足。

The hotel building and furniture are old, but they have accommodation for young children (toilet seat for child / steps for the sink) which are useful when you travel with young child.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. You will feel like you are in 5 star. very relax and comfort place to stay. A big thank you to all the staffs. For sure, we will come back to this hotel and stay more nights.
